https://www.bbc.com/news/articles/cjeke2w1y7go?utm_source=flipboard&utm_content=topic/entrepreneurship

Key Points:

1. New Charity Shop Launch

A charity shop called Bold and Brave has opened in Bridgwater’s Angel Place Shopping Centre (with a relocated store in Taunton) to help young people aged 14-25 facing barriers to employment.

2. Training & Support Focus

Run by the charity Young Somerset, the shop provides training in retail, hospitality, and entrepreneurship, specifically supporting those with issues like mental health challenges or learning difficulties.

3. Positive Transformations

The charity helps young people gain qualifications and confidence. For example, one young person who hadn’t spoken publicly for two years told her story to 60 people after six weeks, while an intern named Lottie described being supported through a “big step.”

My Extended Points:

Maybe One-third of the Program Staff Number Could be Moved to Another Program Training Employed Staff from Other Enterprises, so that May Have Some Advantages to Appear as Below:

1. By Another Training Program, to Gain More Earnings that Could Support the Original one.

2. When in Fusion, for the Original Program Staff, to be Empowered with Truer Environment; for Other Enterprise Staff, to Experience and Know More of the Real Disadvantage Society and the Meaning of the Inclusive Social Enterprise.

3. Meantime, Causing the Spreading of Inclusiveness and Social-supporting Consciousness.
